No. ON BASE is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent veterans before the VA.
Does ON BASE submit forms or claims for me?
No. Veterans remain fully responsible for all decisions, forms, submissions, and communications with the VA.

What is a Benefits Readiness Report?
A Benefits Readiness Report is an educational and administrative planning document that summarizes uploaded records, lists evidence gaps, explains relevant benefit topics, and outlines veteran-directed next steps.
What does the AI analyze?
AI tools can summarize DD214 details, service timelines, rating decision letters, medical records, evidence libraries, and possible education topics such as published presumptive-condition rules.
Does the AI make benefits decisions?
No. AI output is educational and administrative. Government agencies make benefit decisions, and the veteran remains responsible for decisions and submissions.
Can I export my documents?
The platform is designed around a veteran-controlled record vault. Export workflows will be documented as portal access expands.

Can ON BASE help with overseas records?
Yes. ON BASE supports administrative organization for FMP, Tricare Overseas, CHAMPVA, invoices, receipts, translations, provider documents, and status notes.
Does ON BASE provide medical opinions?
No. ON BASE does not provide medical opinions, diagnoses, treatment, or medical evaluations.

What provider tools does ON BASE offer?
Provider tools include FMP administrative support, documentation workflows, provider network listing, veteran coordination, and international provider solutions.
Does ON BASE endorse network providers?
No. Provider network participation reflects an administrative relationship. Veterans are responsible for evaluating providers and making healthcare decisions.
